Sunshine Valley Gardens is open from mid May through September We are located in a peaceful valley near Piedmont, South Dakota.  Just 15 miles from Rapid City and 12 miles from Sturgis.  Take Exit 46 off of I-90 and 2 miles on Elk Creek Rd to the Sunshine Valley Road turnoff.  It is appoximately one mile on Sunshine Valley Rd. We have a beautiful covered Gazebo which seats 50 to 55 people for the wedding ceremony.  The surrounding area is unlimited for seating.  We furnish chairs for the wedding and can accomodate weddings up to 200. We began having weddings in 2004.  Almost 100 wedding events have been held at Sunshine Valley Gardens.   We started with a wedding gazebo and a bridal hideaway gazebo, and now have a lodge with a covered patio for  receptions, which handle approximately 125 people.   New restrooms with handicap accessibility and an additional parking area were added in 2011.  An extension on the covered back patio for the socializing and refreshments is being completed in 2012.    This is a family owned and operated business run by Mike and Liz Banton.  Our staff consists of family and friends and are available for your entire event to service your needs and make sure your special day goes well.  We would be happy to show you our venue by appointment.
